The dreamy, creamy SCRAMBLED EGGS

Some butter, water, and eggs are all you need to make this creamy and delicious breakfast recipe. Fry and stir the eggs with the butter on a heated pan, and a teaspoon of water or milk to achieve that creamy texture. Finally, season it with some salt and pepper and top with some herbs of your choice.

The Quintessential breakfast – French Toast

Ingredients :

  1. Bread  slices

  3. Sugar or Sweetener of your choice
  4. Vanilla essence
  5. Butter
  6. Milk

Egg being the hero of this recipe, let’s learn how to make a perfect French Toast. Whisk up a couple of eggs with 2 tablespoons of sugar or any sweetener of your choice, 4 tablespoons of milk with a drop of Vanilla essence. Heat a flat pan, and a little butter, and dip the bread slices in the egg mixture. Roast on both sides till they turn golden brown. TADA! Enjoy with bananas or any fruit of your choice as a topping.

Omelette with a Mexican Twist

  1. Ingredients :

  3. Salt and pepper
  4. Paprika
  5. Onions
  6. Bell peppers
  7. Vegetables of your choice
  8. Oil 
  9. Cheese
  10. Herbs and Chilli Flakes (optional)

Beat 2 eggs to form a foamy texture with some salt, pepper and a pinch of paprika and keep aside. Heat a pan, add some butter and saute some bell peppers, onions and any other veggies of your choice. Season the sauteed vegetables with some salt and pepper again, now add your favourite herbs or chilli flakes. Turn the stove off, add the vegetables to the egg mixture and give it a good mix. Heat a flat pan, smear it with some butter, and pour the egg mixture. After a  few minutes flip it and add a generous amount of shredded cheese and then wrap the omelette in half and serve hot!
